A bit bland for the price but very good and non guilty options

First of all is now rare that I go there due to the high prices and the kind of food given. I decide to give it another try and buy the 2 for $10 chicken bowls. Not likely to go back. Flavor was so so but the texture of the chicken was not very appetizing and no veggies at all. The bowls look cheap.

Horrendous customer service. I’m only giving 1 Star because you can’t give zero. Every time I order through the WaBa app, GrubHub, etc, at least one, if not two of my items are made incorrectly. When I call the store and ask to speak to the manager to try and get a resolution, I’ve had one of these situations happen: (1) “We don’t have a manager,” (2) when the manager is there, she defends the restaurant and says I’ve done something wrong in the ordering process and says there’s nothing she can do, or (3) no one even picks up the phone. We already reported this store to the corporate office, we’re promised a call back from the regional manager, and never got a call back. The most offensive thing in this process is how the staff are on the phone or how they behave when you’re in the restaurant. I won’t ever eat here again, they make me sick to my stomach. Better off going to Flame Broiler.

Healthy Korean food

Good food, but the prices are cheaper on DoorDash, oddly. For instance, a chicken veggie bowl is $6.99 on Doordash, but $7.49 in store. Weird.

Really, really tasty food.

The food and the service we're both good not really an huge fan of eating there but other than that no complaints.

The cashier was rude and our chicken was burnt. Waba grill is usually a good experience but not today. Go somewhere else.

Don't like the place

Very good!

Ordered the Salmon rice bowl to go. Only live 2 minutes away, when I got home the Salmon was ice cold. I called the store to let them know, phone just rang and rang no answer.

The food was awesome and also very speedy... but the cashier by the name of Maria was very rude. She looks like she dosen't like her job. I honestly think if she didn't work here it would be a better place. My visit took place 08/16/2017 1:11pm

Perfect healthy meal for the price, excellent service, clean new location, and great outdoor patio for customers to enjoy tasty food.
