First time here, was pleasantly surprised with how good the burger was. Like the fact that you can pick your toppings from the toppings bar. Great variety fresh and clean. We ate outside because the weather was very nice. Highly recommend giving these guys a try.

Excellent service at the drive through. Well organized. Food was as hot and tasted great. Tried the fish for the first time today, now I’m hooked. Much better than many seafood places. Can’t go wrong with burgers either of course. Hope you consider keeping the drive through.

New to Louisville and gave these folks a try tonight in their "new" drive thru. ON. THE. MONEY! Great burgers and service! Will definitely be back.

Great food and usually great service. However last time I visited an employee tried to charge me extra for cheese after I had ordered, paid and was picking up my food. He got pretty rude and kept saying I owed $.60 cents. The manger straightened it out.

They have the best burger bar in town. Any topping you want they have basically. Service is quick and the burgers are very juicy. Kids eat for .free Mon and Tues nights!

Good food. Need more steamed vegetables options to go with chicken like Brussels Sprouts and others that are boiled.

This is a fast food restaurant that only the locals know about. You can get a delisious burger well done or rate. Not that many places offer the choice today. Plus a ice cream bar, and pastries. If you are in the area, Go Go Go!

Always a good place to eat. We go a few times a month always on a Monday or Tuesday evening for their kids eat free special. It costs us about $20 to feed our family of 5. So worth it! Plus the sugar cookies are a special thing! We always sit under the indoor tree. My kids love that spot. They are 5, 3, and 1.

I have enjoyed coming to Cousins for at least 2 decades that I can clearly remember. My mother used to present it as a special treat if /when we were going there for dinner. There's a certain freedom that comes with dressing your own sandwich and it is visually stimulating for the little ones. I have been taking my 3 kids now and they love it too. My oldest is 12 and he already has memories of his father and I taking him. This is a grear place for any age. It's clean and the staff have as always been extra friendly. Don't forget to grab a brownie on your way out and to tip the bus boy!!! They work their tails off keeping the place so inviting.

Always enjoy myself here. The counter service moved quickly, even during a lunch rush. The condiments bar was well maintained. The place could some interior updating but no big deal...the food was great!

Great food at a reasonable price. The toppings bar offers a variety of fresh vegetables and condiments for your sandwich. A nice little. bakery offers brownies and cookies for dessert.

Amazing! Loved you can put own condiments on sandwich of choice and they have gluten free buns! Great prices for meals. Even asked how I wanted the hamburger cooked

If you're looking for a place to get a really awesome burger exactly the way you like it, then look no further. This is the only place in town that I know of where you can build your own burger and put as much side items on as you would like.
