Voyager Espresso

I scored these lovely pieces of banana bread on this cold windy day in this underground spot which is tucked into a clean, marble-walled subway tunnel. Scored, because I got them at a discount via the Foodforall app on the way home, just as the shop was closing. So glad to rescue these from the trash, help support myself and this small business, all in one small gesture.

This is a rare find--terrific food and coffee at an affordable price point. I avoided this place for months, thinking that the cool decor probably translated into a snooty staff and high prices. However, when I finally broke down and tried it, I realized that it was my new place. I can get a small coffee for $1.25 and AMAZING breakfast toasts for a reasonable price. Plus, the staff are warm and kind. This place should be a destination for those in the area.

Great coffee. Affordable prices for the area. Best avocado toast I ever had, staff is very cool and the presentation for the coffee is amazing served with a side of sparkling water which was a first to me . Very impressed over all.
