Great layout! Nice seating with USB ports and 120v outlets. The best layover experience I’ve had! Only thing missing here is a tram at main terminals / quite a walk between terminals. Thank goodness for the moving walkways. Overall, as I said, Great experience!!

Really like this airport and It has a very effective system of security and I personally use Southwest and the bag check it simple and fast as well.

Very comfortable facilities, with nice accommodations to charge your devices.

This airport is very easy to get to. There are very many accomodations from various places around the Twin Cities. It's decently sized so getting around and to your gate is fairly easy.

Easy car rental and return. Quiet Saturday mid morning. Literally walked right in.

It is a vary clean airport and easy to navigate. It is my favorite airport because you don’t feel trapped and helps the stress of traveling. It is under renovation right now so it can feel a little cramped and longer lines but when their done it will be a much more inviting .

So easy to fly in and out of this airport! Could have more signs and easier access for car rental however I have seen worse.

It's a pretty good place to be if you have to have a long layover or get stuck. Good people lots of options to kill time.

MSP is truly one of the best airports (stateside at least, haven't experienced enough internationally to compare). Good selection of restaurants, fun shops for gifts and books. Also good lighting, plenty of outlets and comfy seating, and lots of fun public art.

I had a pleasant layover here. There is a good variety of shops and restaurants and near my gate were tables with tablets where you could order food or play games and use some social media services. There were also plenty of power outlets. Taking off took a little while since the planes had to go through deicing, but this is expected during Minnesota winter.

Nice clean airport, with very clear signage. Cool art displays and neat architecture. Good variety of food options!

I like the staff here and i have always had amazing experiences here. Waiting for flights isn't boring because there's things to do while you wait. All the staff is nice and helpful to first time flyers. They treat all their customers with respect and kindness. I've never come in contact with a ride staff member. I will always recommend this airport to anyone i come across. It's a wonderful place.

Nice airport!! Plenty of stores and restaurants to chose from. The staff was not as friendly and kept talking over each other over the intercom,but overall not too bad. The restrooms were clean and the amenities for travelers were outstanding!! Delta airlines has been great so far!!

Seems like a standard airport. Lots of airplanes of various sizes. Had to take a tram to the car rental place. Incorporating trams into an airport seems like an innovative gamble. I mean, it's not advertised as a light rail station and airport.Didn't see any helicopters or zephyrs, so I can speak to the diversity of air services offered. Will adjust review if proof of zephyrs and helicopters is demonstrated.

I lost my bag at the airport after a long flight , thankfully I was able to locate it with help from Officer Yose . He was extremely helpful and nice with helping me retrace my steps and took the time to do everything he could to help me get it back . I greatly appreciate all of the help , it means a lot to me when there are people that go above and beyond to help someone like Officer Yose did for me and I am very thankful and grateful I had someone take the time to really help me in my time of need ! Officer Yose , I can’t thank you enough !Thank you !
