First time ordering from here and I wont order from here again. The first bite from my chicken salad i found a 2 inch gray a black beard hair. The girl who answered the phone was nice and is refunding my money but it is still unsanitary. Update found a yellow peice of plastic/rubber in my pizza cheese. I called back she said she would refund my money. I went today and the two managers called me a liar said no one's has black and gray hair buy both of them had black and gray hair. I showed them the picture of the plastic rubber piece in my pizza and they said they never get complaint like that and it's not real then told me that he couldn't refund my money because people call all the time and complain and he can't refund everyone's. Place is dirty, poorly ran, food is gross, save your money ho some where else.

Great customer service! Ordered two nights in a row and the delivery guy gave a free dessert the second night. The food was delicious, and they showed up way before the expected delivery time. Very satisfied!!

The most rude people in the world. I am in a hotel and they would not take my order because I didn’t know the address. I told them what hotel and that wasn’t good enough. It isn’t like I am staying in some crack house.

Fast delivery & amazing food nothing but good service

Always friendly when I walk in, and fast delivery when I can't. Vocelli can be hit or miss depending on the location, but this one is top notch.
