Viva La Waffle

The chicken was raw and the “NEW” manager refused to redo the order. He argued with daughter until she was in tears .

I got the Wakey wakey. It was good, but the biscuit tasted nasty. The hash brown was good but it was a little to salty and the waffle fries were perfect.

Amazing place!! Very good food!! Creative and fun for the whole family!! And seriously my favorite is the chicken tenders with butter and garlic fries!! 🔥 🔥🔥Amazing place , Definitely!!🙏👊✌️

So Glad there is a permanent location now,this business started from a food truck, there are great selections from the menu to choose from and they even have a drive thru

First, but won't be the last, visit. All the meal was too quality with Tom's of unexpected flavor. Had the traditional chicken and waffles (Bitty Box). Second visit: Chicken and Waffles just as amazing as before. Breakfast for my 50th and they brought out a waffle cake. Didn't expect much. Boy was I wrong. One of the moistest, perfectly and richly sweetened. Pure magic, made my day! First visit: Waffles, chicken, waffle fries and sauces were much better than I expected. Especially the chicken was packed with flavor with thick juicy tenders. Chicken was even better with the house "viva" sauce or syrup. Waffles were thin, but fluffy and warm. They were evenly cooked and delicious. Waffle fries were the best I have anywhere, sorry CFA. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was super clean and quality fixtures and floors. Definitely doesn't look like a fast food joint, rather a place I could relax and sit a while. Wish they were in St Louis, but Lafayette give this little gem some love. You won't be disappointed.

I usually eat the Monte Cristo which is good. Today I tried the Rosceaux even though I very rarely eat fried food. Wow!! So good !! Very flavorful. Has a little spiciness to it. The fry on the chicken is very light. Not a heavy fry at all. The whole sandwich was light and enjoyable and full of great flavor. It's huge too. I also got the garlic fries. The fries are always yummy. Their staff has always been very nice when I go and I do the drive thru but they still kindly acknowledge you and always have a smile and wish you a great day.

I'm hit with sweet emotions every time I hit this place up. I love this joint. Viva la waffle!!!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I have been anxiously waiting for them to open. It's every good as I remember from the days of their food truck. Drive through only right now, I assume because of Covid restrictions is the only negative. Food is incredibly good. Check it out.

A couple of weeks ago I was in town trying to find a place open on Sundays and saw this place listed, plus it had a drive thru (HUGE plus when traveling with a toddler). My husband and I tried to different waffle sandwiches (him monte cristo, me one with prosciutto and goat cheese) and they were phenomenal! I hope in the future they open a place in Baton Rouge because I’d be their number one customer.

I thought I would like this. I guess I'm just picky. The Ragin Cajun Waffle has a taste that wasn't good. The cheese wasn't melted. The garlic butter fries garlic flavor was way too strong. The service was fine. The music is way too loud. My family couldn't hear the cashier or each other. Also, the food is way expensive. We spent $40 for 2 adults and 1 child. Fries and a drink are $4. It's just not worth it for me.

So good! Service was so fast and the food was amazing! Love the drive-thru option. We loved everything we ordered and it’s so affordable for the quality and creativity of the menu.

First time trying. I tried the Knockout. It was very good and garlic fries where some of the best.

My friend kept sharing how amazing and yummy the food is here, so I went to pick up food for us both & omg best Monte Cristo I've ever had the pleasure of eating 😋 will be back for sure 🙋🏼‍♀️
