Amazing ice cream! Had the melted chocolate and salted caramel. Melted chocolate tasted like melted chocolate and salted caramel was the best salted caramel I’ve ever had!

Wow, I thought Made by Marcus was the best ice cream in town but now I am slowly being swayed to Village. Please bring back Salty Malty Pretzle, it was amazing. Phil and Sebastian is my favourite coffee and I am so happy to see them feature it in their ice cream. Their branding is very good and I like the graphics and stories on their paper bags. Well done Village.

We frequent this place a lot because their ice cream is really really good. Creamy, savoury and not too sweet. Plus, they have vegan options. The price is fair.

Truly the best ice cream out there, my favourite is their Earl Grey! It’s hard to come by a good cold earl grey flavour as to me it usually tastes like soap, but they’ve nailed it! It taste sooo good, I get one every time I pass through Calgary and if I’m staying for the weekend I go 2-3 times!

The ice cream is amazing, they have non-dairy options that taste exactly like the dairy ones! The staff is super nice and the quality of ice cream is top knotch

Don’t get me wrong, Village has some really amazing ice cream and the waffle cones are fresh and tasty. What rubs me the wrong way is the pressure to give a tip of 15 or 20%. They don’t wait on customers, so why is a tip expected for an already expensive treat, when employees simply scoop ice cream into a cone or cup and hand it to you?The tip culture and the fact that this place gets ungodly busy in the summer brings my rating from 5 to 4 stars. If you drive here in the summer expect parking to be hard to find.

One of my favorite ice cream cravings, and possibly the only one. I always get my Phil & Sebastian Coffee flavor, but then I saw seasonal flavor, cookies & creme. I had to get it along with hot fudge to go with it and it was the best one I had. The hot fudge is definitely sweet, but not too overwhelming. The location is a little off the main pathway for public transit users, but it is worth the visit.

One of my favourite ice creameries in the city. Their seasonal flavours are fantastic and delicious but their salted caramel and melted chocolate flavours are hard to beat. Try their waffle cones, they're freshly made! They're popular amongst locals in Calgary so on a sunny day expect a line but persevere, it's definitely worth the wait.

My son and I attended this cool seminar about Biomimicry at the New Central Library and the Village Ice Cream sponsored the delicious ice creams for everyone! I had two, salty caramel and son had melted chocolate and a strawberry, tasted delicious.

Love the ice cream here. Still my fave spot in town to get ice cream. Recently tried the seasonal Carnival Corn, and it was delicious! It’s actually not too sweet and the perfect blend of caramel and popcorn. At first you’ll feel like you’re lost or the place has closed down, because this little ice cream joint is tucked into a little driveway of sorts. And when you get there and realize how cute and cozy and hipster and trendy it is, you’ll be extremely pleased.I asked the server what she suggested and she said the Earl Grey and though I don’t even drink Earl Grey tea, this ice cream flavour was so decadent and rich and creamy and I’m so glad I went with it. My son had the Salted Caramel and he said it was perfect. I’m just sad they don’t have one out in Ontario!

Delicious ice cream. I was disappointed last time; I sampled the coffee flavor and decided to buy a pint of it. When I got home I discovered that the pint version was full of coffee grounds, which I found really gross. The sample I tried definitely didn't have them.

Always enjoy coming to Village for ice cream. I love their coconut ice cream and their earl grey.

It was awesome! From the environment to the ice cream! Very delicious ice cream and hand made waffle. Usually, there is line and you need to wait for more than ten minutes but totally worth it! It is a motivation to visit Calgary again 😋😉

Awesome flavor options. Felt like trying everything on the list. We got the rocky road and melted chocolate. As good as it gets! We went an hour after a snow/hail storm and there was a long line...way to go, Calgary! :)
