Villa Pizza

a years ago in this place I had very very bad experience with the management, customerservice horrible like they coming out from Bronx Zoo and they give a job to be customerservice, food , everything horrible experience,,,,,A capo days ago I noticed new management, the Manager came and introduced him self Alfred, to help me to decide about the food, because he noticed I am not feeling so hungry what I sowed in display, so he ask me for what I feeling hungry and actually he something special for me lightly and so delicious, I want just to thank you for making my stomach very happy and light, and in waiting time forMy food I noticed new service, more clean, more helpful service, more smiling service, the food was more tasty,,,,I am taking some time and write about this place and to congratulate this new Manager to succeed with his job and to keep this place a live, And hopping soon to make changes on the menu too ,

i ordered 1 slice of pepperoni pizza slice it was OK and 1 order of Stromboli pepperoni. they over charged me 20 bucks and it was extremely expensive. cashier was def rude too me even tho i was being nice to them.. i will never go here again they over charged me. i want to give 3 stars but overcharging me was ridiculous..

Villa is a pizza and Italian American food chain. It’s a lot like Sbarro. Meaning, it’s so so at best but fits the bill when traveling or on a lunch break if nothing better is around. Its inside the Port Authority and has ample seating. It’s not squeaky clean but you can find a clean spot to sit and enjoy your meal. This obviously isn’t world class pizza. It’s utilitarian pizza that serves its purpose. The one star reviews are just silly, to me. I think it’s a case of group think where people read the low reviews and internalize them before eating and making their own decisions.
