The worst shawarma place in Ottawa

Massive revamp and improvement from a month back. Most staff were changed and food quality became much better from dry and old to fresh and juicy. Recommend revisiting the place again and experiencing the drastic improvements. Great staff and very friendly.

Both times I’ve got the rok box they didn’t have rok sauce. All that’s there is rice and falafel? Falafels are rock hard for real. Disappointing

Got a chicken rox box and got chicken bone and pieces of shrimp shell in my food. Employees did pretty much nothing, telling me to come back tomorrow even though I dont live in the area. Then they phoned up the manager who argued with me for 5 mins. Just wasted 15 mins of my time and did not come to any solution. Food was also meh. Do not recommend.

Love their falafel sandwich.

I feel like I was served leftovers. Rice was rock hard. Really disappointed I even paid for this. I dont want to talk bad about the workers because they were quick and gave great customer service but someone's gotta teach them to do a better job at keeping the food fresh.

The owner of the restaurant is very generous and kind, loved his customer service. Great food too!

I loved this place, the owner was very friendly and the chicken was really good! I also liked their salads, I'll definitely be back since it's only a short walk away from campus.
