This airport was really easy to navigate through. The airport was really clean and up to date. Nice selection of places to eat and very friendly staff throughout the airport.

The best airport I’ve been too yet! Very clean, organized, the representatives are very helpful and security is also excellent as well!!

Super easy to manipulate my way through. Not very large ( which was great for me) 1st and only time there. Not exactly one the most well kept airports.

decent airport. The only issue I have is that the international terminal has very few options early in the AM. Not to mention the parking is insanely expensive. If you have an early morning flight I recommend staying at a hotel close by.

Boston Logan is a typical large American airport. Plenty of movement. Alot of footfall. Ample parking. Though you can't just park and walk to your terminal. Probably gonna need some sort of transportation. Better Uber there and get dropped off. Anyway, a few eating options but they're good ones. You could reasonably chill here during a layover but not the most ideal place!

The airport had excellent security and the TSA lines were handled efficiently. There are a lot more shops and food choices than there used to be as well as charging ports in the seating areas of the gates. The ride sharing pick up areas are very easy to use now that they have moved into the parking garage.

Security is usually pretty quick. Each terminal has different restaurants options and are separated. The only new thing I saw was that the ride share lot is now in the central parking lot. A bit of a maze to find, the signs aren't super clear. Plenty of seating at each gate.

Three terminals well designed and easy to get between terminals. Its a little old and could use some renovation. but I would recommend this airport for people in transit

Airport is fine. Baggage carts, however, don't work. They charge you $5(!!!!) to use these carts, despite them being free at many, many airports. Reluctantly, I tried to pay for a baggage cart to accommodate my 3 suitcases. Surprise, the payment system is "out of order". I call the customer service line, and was told to lug the suitcases from the drop-off area to Terminal B (around 8 minute walk) ONE-BY-ONE. So basically, these baggage carts don't work despite them charging $5 to use one for 8 minutes. So, I ask an employee at the check-in counter if I can leave one suitcase with them while I haul the other two to the Air Canada counter at terminal B, as the lady on the phone told me to do. The employee says no, we are not responsible for your lost items. Jeez, can't you watch my suitcase for 8 minutes??Finally, an employee approaches and says that she can walk me halfway. This was pretty nice, and the only reason I'm giving 3 stars.

Easy to locate, friendly and very welcoming people.

Avoid arriving during weekday rush hours and Sunday evening, otherwise this is one of the easiest large urban airports to get in and out of. The rideshare experience depends on your ability to hoof it with kids or bags in tow, but the path is well marked and out of the weather from terminal to central parking garage. Morning drop offs are permitted at terminals A, B & E. Handicapped and limited mobility folks should request pick up or drop off at terminal level allowed. Staties may not appreciate this, so be sure to help the driver out by explaining you needed pickup at terminal. Fines range from $150-500 for the driver! Keep this in mind when life returns to normal at the airport, in the meantime vote to impeach 11/3/20.

One of my favorite airports. Easy to navigate, clean, and home to some pretty good airport cafes. Luggage claims are usually on time, and it is easy to catch a flight on time. Staff are usually friendly, with some exceptions. Overall, a great airport.

Been going to this airport alot and they have awesome customer service all around. Staff are always very helpful and willing to work with you. I have not had any issues here at all yet. There are plenty of restaurants and stores once inside to get whatever needed.

A fairly good airport, I missed my flight to Atlanta. The reason I missed my flight is because I had to claim my luggage, recheck them by the time I got to the security check I only had 20 minutes left to board the queue at the the security was long and slow. I tried to explain to a security officer that I had a short connection showing him my board pass but he wouldn't even pay attention to me, so I ended up missing my flight to Atlanta and had to wait another one and a half hour to be assigned to another flight. Being my first time in the United States I got stranded a bit but the staff at Delta Airlines desk were very helpful.
