Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen

About

Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele "Michael" Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele's commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. From that first Villa Pizza that opened in 1964, next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, to nearly 300 Villa Italian Kitchen restaurants later, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation. Villa Italian Kitchen welcomes all Guests, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or age Today, Villa is under the leadership of Michele's two sons Biagio "Ben" Scotto and Anthony Scotto. Together, they continue the vision and passion of their father extending the genuine hospitality inspired by their father.

The food was exceptional and the service was minimal. When i was trying to push my kid in the stroller and carry the tray i was screamed at to throw my straw wrapper away literally 2 seconds after i got my food. Even my mother heard the comment from afar.

I witnessed the employee with dark eye make up throw trash at a customer! The customer had a special request on the container for her sauce. The employee was rude and wouldn't help her put the sauce in a different container. When the customer got done paying the employee said mamm here's your trash, the customer replied I think you can find a place to put that for me, then the employee threw the trash out on the mall floor. I said to the employee I understand that customer was a little difficult but that isn't the way to handle the matter. The employee replied to me that it wasn't any of my business. I left my purchase on their counter and walked away. I talked to the manager the next morning and she was going to "write up the employee " I will never go back and will tell all my friends of this very rude customer service.

Questions & Answers

So sorry about that. I had one myself after posting tgem. There is an office in the mall where you can take your concerns. In order to improve service we should avail ourselves of that offices services.
