My Husband and I's favorite Italian place to go to. Bartender always recognizes us, and makes us feel like part of the family. Great food, best meatballs in town! Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I go to the Italian Festival every year just to get my Meatball sandwich from here.

Service was great. The House Salad with Russian Dressing, bacon and shrimp was surprisingly tasty. The ravioli and meatballs were average.

I arrived very early so no crowds. Service was fine. Really enjoyed the spaghetti and meat balls, and loved the garlic bread. (Some may find it a bit salty but I like it that way.) I will certainly visit again when I'm in Philadelphia.
Questions & Answers
No reservation. First come, first served. No one is given preference. Usually seated in 10-15 minutes, EXCEPT Friday/Saturday evenings. At peak hours, then, wait can be 30-45 minutes. Doesn't matter. It's worth the wait, and you can have a drink from the bar while you wait. hand down, my wife and I consider Villa one of the BEST Italian restaurants in Philly.

Street parking within blocks. A small lot nearby but don't depend on it. Best is uber or lift. 10th street is sometimes dependable for a spot.
