Definitely a hidden gem in Hamilton. The staff are friendly but efficient. Great pricing, awesome wraps and combos. Parents really enjoyed the plate which included a decent salad. Will definitely come back. Also recommend their long, rolled baklava

The food is always delicious and affordable. This place is open very late. Great drink selection. The staff is always friendly and the owners are frequently renovating and improving the interior.

If you are in Downtown, Hamiton and wanna try some shawarma wraps, salad or poutine you must visit Vida La Pita. Some young energetic boys or girls are ready to serve you till midnight. They have chicken, beef and gyro for the meat lovers. The meat items are 100% HALAL. They also serve lamb shank, kebab, chicken souvlaki and curry chicken as well. All salad items are on display so you can see and order. Different types of rices are also available with diner options such as veggie rice, mushroom rice and spicy rice. For vegetarians they serve falafel plate, falafel wraps or falafel poutine and salad items. Commonly they put white and hot sauces and you can ask for different sauces they also have. The place opens early at 10:00 am and closes lately at midnight. Specially in the weekend it becomes very busy and crowded. If you like Arabic music around then you’ll love place for sure.

I Really Liked this place.. I've gone back a few times. Very Busy, but Great Food and combos. I only come here when I'm Really Hungry, because their Chicken Gyro will fill you right up. I thought the customer service was quite Good actually. It's lively and noisy place, but very friendly.. Thanks

Hey guys please careful.When you order for shawrma or any product they will give old chicken by secretly I got sick can’t sleep last night it was happened another friend. Carful to those cheaters.

Decent food, decent price. The chicken souvlaki was a lot different from others that I've had. It was pretty much tandoori chicken but it was still good. Rice pudding was great too but it does have coconut in it.

If you're looking for good food and dont really care about anything else look no further. I go here all the time. Only reason I deduct a star is because snobs probably wont like the environment. Probably because it's close to hess st and such. I kinda like it though.

Always been my go to shawarma place, the Baklava is also really good, service is always quick, easy, and polite!

Dining area should be more clean. I found many times table r dirty and food particles are on the chairs.

Staff wasn't too talkative but that's okay some people like that...Very clean inside, smell was fantastic food was even better! Thoroughly enjoyed my first meal from them and will be back. Great prices too!

Good food at fair prices IF they don't overcharge you or skimp on portions. My partner and I have been here numerous times ordering veggie wraps and end up being charged for chicken. This happens so frequently that it's become a joke when we're walking in. "Will I have to correct them again today?". This occurs during non busy times so it makes us wonder if it's intentional. Definitely poor communication amongst employees and customers. Every other time we order the large poutine it's only half full. Assuming they don't want to put more fries down and make us wait?All around it's decent spot for take out. Good bang for your buck, just be aware of the prices of the items you order and don't expect any customer service.
