Victory Smokehouse

I used to live in Texas, witch has the best tasting meat . I was driving on mound road to work and decided to try victory smokehouse . It truly is the best tasting meat I have ever had . They have the best smoked sausage, brisket ,Turkey. I'm trying everything they offer on their menu. If you try getting a takeout you will.be a repeat customer for life. Can't get enough. Love this smokehouse.

I highly recommend it, it's very clear he loves what he does. The brisket is so moist and so flavorful it requires no sauce. However, the sauces are both excellent as well. The St. Louis and baby back ribs are also amazing. I recommend trying everything, he does no wrong with all of his meats. The mac & cheese is also amazing. Thank you for a magical meal.

If you've never yet been to the Smokehouse at the Victory Inn, you need to put it on your agenda ASAP! Pitmaster Chris and his crew at the Smokehouse do it right when it comes to smoking up some incredibly tasty meat! The Smokehouse at the Vic has the BEST smoked turkey you'll ever have, period! The brisket is amazing, the burnt ends are delectable, the pulled pork is succulent, and the smoked sausage is worth stabbing someone with a fork to get the last piece! Chris & his crew also frequently do special on-site events at places like the Brooks Brewing Company in Shelby Twp as well as catering for private parties! I tried the baby back ribs, brisket and coleslaw. The brisket was much better then before...tender and flavorful. The ribs were good too. The meat had a good flavor and fell off the bone. I wish more of the fat would have rendered off the ribs though. The coleslaw was good but perhaps had too much mayonnaise.You have two choices for sauce: spicy or sweet. I picked spicy and didn't have enough for my meal. Instead of having sauce bottles at the table, they ration it off in capped plastic cups. Great for takeout but I want better for dining in.

Whether its brisket or burnt ends, you can't go wrong. I love this place and I've only been twice LOL. 😋

This is really a To go place. The smoked meat was great! We had pulled pork , brisket, and chicken. The sides were just ok, if I had to pick one it would be the Mac and cheese. The reason four the four stars instead of 5 was the attached bar/Grill. You can choose to take your food to go or take it to the bar/Grill to sit down. Well the staff in the smoke house were super nice and helpful, but I die the bar they weren’t.

I heard it was really good, they undersold it. This is no Dickys this is legit amazing
