This place over charged me and I never recorvrd my whole order! So disappointed!

This bakery don't have any idea the importance of a good customer service they have only two people to help the customers and the quality is not the same as before.

It's not the best bakery in Hialeah. They tend to fluff up the pastries with the dough so it looks like you're getting a large pastry but in fact it has very little of the filling (applies to all pastries). Also the service isn't the best they are interested in making money not pleasing the customer.

Got 4 dozen pastelitos for the road back home to Texas , they are amazing .

I have been coming to this bakery for a very long time. I dont know if there is a new baker. Requested silver cake standand they gave me gold. Too expensive for the quality. This was the worst cake ever. When we cut the cake we noticed it was burned. Very disappointed never again.

They must have changed the bakers in the back. They keep overcooking the pastelitos! The coffee is great, but the pastries just stopped living up to the Vicky Bakery standards of old. Get those old bakers back or change the timer so they pull them out quicker!!!

These girls are awesome , I usually go every morning to take CAFE CON LECHE and pastries, and the service I receive is incredible ANGIE, MARGARITA, MYRIAM are super. They already know A+++++++ EXCELLENT JOB......👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😄😄😄HAPPY CUSTOMER

Excellent place to stop for breakfast, the pastelitos and croquetas are amazing, the coffe just delicious. The costumer service is great. The girls always say buenos dias to all the costumers, they are charming, A++++++💗😀 vicky are the best. Angie, mirian and danay are awesome.

I have been going to this bakery for decades! But wow. Service has changed. There is no customer service. No friendly welcome. The lady at the register is beyond rude. The food isn’t the same quality. Too many GOOD bakeries in Miami to deal with this. I’m disappointed beyond belief. Never again. DO NOT RECOMMEND !

This is an obvious place every morning, thank you to the great staff. Margara, Miriam and the other girls are a great welcoming every morning. Everytime they are prepare to suggest and prepare the best of the food.

Pastelitos are delicious and fresh. Customer service is excellent, very friendly environment. Margara and Miriam, and the rest of the girls are very welcoming. I love the cortadito in the mornings.
