Normally we go here for breakfast and have never been disappointed. Our dinner experience was not as good. Tried the $25 prix-fixe menu. My companion's pasta in a curry sauce was good, my 8oz steak, not so much. Too thin, too much gristle. Took our two desserts home, and while tasty, we were disappointed with the miniscule size. Will be back but probably just for breakfast.

Good food. Fast service but cool temperature inside. It seems cold summer and winter.

What a gem! Was skating at McCowan District Park and a father overheard us talking about where to take our son for lunch. He suggested ViPei down the street. We decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. We got their just before lunch rush and was seated at a big table (table for 6, but it was 3 of us). This tells me that their wait staff are trained and taught to respect the customers. Some places would not take a chance of servicing 2 adults and a toddler using such a big table before lunch. Anyway, we ordered off the weekend special brunch menu and each meal came with a side of fruits, which was a good little surprise as we’ve been to many other brunch places that did not. Food was delicious and it’s the little things that make our experience memorable.

Good food, restaurant is small and busy. Only 1 waitress was working and was tending to a lot of people. She did a great job

Lovely staff and fantastic food in a chilled and relaxed atmosphere. One of the Finest Italian resturants around! The food is incredible and the service is too! An absolute gem. Will be back

A real gem. Very nice assortment of breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. Tasty and healthy meals, upscale at reasonable prices. Excellent service.

Great brunch at a better price.

This is a hidden gem that me and my family stumbled upon last winter when I was searching for somewhere different to go to celebrate my husband's birthday. From the outside you would never know of the clean and cozy ambiance that awaits you inside. The food is great quality, prices are so reasonable and the staff are a giant leap above your average chain restaurant. Our family LOVED their shrimp appetizer, calamari and so far I've really enjoyed some of their pasta dishes. I can't wait to try some more things on their menu!

Started going here years ago! Recently the food hasn’t been tasting good. So much so that my boyfriend and I wonder why we still go here. The bread is always delicious. Pastas and apps have decreased in quality.

Great food, very affordable, very nice friendly service. But what a dump!Needs new everything. Ripped chairs, ripped booths. Disappointing dining experience. It’s a shame because the food is so good.

Talk about a diamond in the rough... hiding in a little plaza is this great restaurant! Great food, great service and really nice cozy lighting, we've started to come here pretty often:) We've never waited to be seated and always really enjoyed our food and our visit. I love the roasted vegetables that come with the entrees:)

Food was prepared well and tasted great. Service was good too. We'll definitely be going back.
