Very Fresh Noodles

Had their very spicy vegan noodles and Thai iced bubble tea. The noodles were a bit oily but tasted great. A good size portion. Thai tea was okay. I have tasted better Iced Thai tea.

I hate eating meals at Chelsea Market- there's no seats and you have to eat at communal tables. But my friend convinced me that Very Fresh Noodles was worth it...And it was!The noodle texture was one of the most perfect noodles I've ever had. Perfectly chewy.The broth was on point.The meat? So tender.And the service? So fast.10/10 would suffer to eat at Chelsea again :-)

With so many food options in Chelsea Market it's really easy to get choice paralysis. I'm so glad we chose this place for our lunch. Small menu but every dish we tried was spot on. Lots of depth of flavour, especially if you like your spices, szechuan pepper style tingliness and aromatic broths. Service was super nice and super fast. Thank you!

'Very Fresh Noodles' Is an authentic Chinese noodle experience. They make the noodles in front of you, which is quite exciting. There is always a line here which is a good sign, because you know the food will be great! The food met our expectations, it was flavorful with the MOST tender beef i have ever had in my life. The only issue i had was finding seating, because it is so busy, you have to constantly be on the lookout for somewhere to sit, which was hard while you are walking around with a massive bowl of noodles and broth. But the food was incredible and for the price, i would highly recommend!

OMG, this place is amazing. Get the tingly and spicy cumin lamb soup it does not disappoint. So full of FLAVOR, the right amount of spicy (you can always add more) and a filling portion. I was able to share a bowl, make sure you grab extra napkins and allow the dish to cool down (very hot temperature wise) before devouring it.

This place was awesome, the staff was kind and there booth was killer decorated with many bottles of black vinegar. The dish was delicious! The flavors were great but it was dam spicy! To the point where my tongue went numb(i know its from the Szechuan peppercorns)Just a heads up for you peeps who cant handle the heat. My only down side was i wished the noodle had more of a chew. I will definitely this place again and see what else there menu has to offer.

Solid noodle place that is always a worthwhile visit when in Chelsea market. The lines can get a bit long but the service is usually pretty fast. My favorite is the Dan Dan noodles which are pretty spicy but everything on their menu is pretty good and fresh.

I always go for the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup and it never disappoints. Broth is super rich and flavorful, beef is so tender and melts in your mouth, noodles are FRESH (obviously). The combination of flavours marry well together for an epic experience on the taste buds!

Very nice hot-spicy-noodle bowl, both dry or soup, any kind of toppings. Both lamb and beef are recommended. Good quality meat and served generously.

Tried the dry Tingle & spicy cumin lamb and the soup one. It’s a casual place, they don’t offer water, the bar was a little dirty. Limited seating, and more options standing up. Playlist was really good. Noodles were great. Def will come back. They give you good amount of lamb. We were satisfied.

Best noodle place in NYC. They are up to their name. They make noodle right in front of you and my fav is tingly spicy lamp noodle soup. Amazing.

Fairly fast food at a decent price with fresh noodles made on the spot. I enjoyed my lunch here however the noodles were not fully cooked. The flavors were fantastic though. There are also limited seats and many of the tables require that you stand.

Loved this place. Amazing place for hand pulled noodles. Had the tingly cumin beef soup for almost 14 after taxes. The soup was fantastic and the beef was tender and juicy. The broth itself was a perfect blend of tasty and spicy. The hand pulled noodles were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place! Portions were average. You'll be full after a bowl

Noodles very excellent and broth was amazing. Even my picky kids drank the broth and ate the noodles. Fun to watch them hand pull the noodles too.
