Cute place with a calm music. In the morning, they offer an "all you can eat" choice of "miso soup + a bowl of rice + omelette / sausage" or a bowl of acai with some cereals and pieces of banana and berries. After this choice, the juices, teas and breads (breadcrumbs or slices) are at will. It is possible to heat them in a small oven. With then butter / jam or ketchup / mayonnaise and pickles. This breakfast costs ¥ 950. It was pretty good but quite shy for "breakfast at will" :) That said the prices remain affordable!

Nope, But the rail station nearby has a direct train to Narita Airport
*Edit: If I remembered correctly, Kuramae Station was the station

No they do not. A Japanese version of American breakfast is offered at a discount from walk-in price
Did you try APA website?
Unfortunately no. This is not provided in the hotel. I personally came across this, and they refused me, with the offer to rent another single room.
I also paid no deposit.
