My niece and I stopped in for a visit to meet one of her old friends for a drink. We ended up ordering tapas that did not disappoint. The server from the bar - Carl - had a great personality and excellent wine suggestions. When we modified our tapas order, his suggestions were well received. It is the attention to detail at Verve that pleased my palate - wine and snacks included. Verve gets better with age!

Great atmosphere, amazing service. Always feel welcomed and taken care of. Outstanding bartenders! You can come here alone, with friends, or a date, you'll have a great time either way. I highly recommend this place. Food is also amazing.

Great for a fancy date out. The food was delicious. I had the NY strip and my husband had the duck. Both were divine. The fresh bread was so good. We splurged and got dessert and were not disappointed. The staff was very attentive as well. Will go back again!

Great Dining Experience with Some Unique Flavorful DishesMy wife and I stopped by on impulse looking for a Saturday dinner and were not disappointed. I had pan seared scallops with a rice and tomato salsa which was top notch. By wife had the breaded pork whose presentation and taste reminded me of schnitzel, excellent. We both indulged in a specialty cocktail to compliment the fine meal and experience. We have added Verve as one of our go to places in Somerville for a delightful culinary adventure.

We like a lot going out. Yesterday we visited this excellent place which we didn’t know before. We had a lovely experience there with superb cooking and a courteous stuff and a talented cuisine. We added this place in our phone list and we shall definitely return soon. We deeply recommend.

Came here for a birthday celebration. The bartender was amazing, one guy for a party of 50 and he did not miss a beat. Food was amazing the balsamic steak was to die for. I highly recommend this place and will be returning for seconds.
