The food was amazing and the staff was friendly and formal. We came around 4pm on a Tuesday and were the only ones here which made the setting more intimate. I was told it starts to really pick up around 6pm. 10/10 would highly recommend!

The meal got off to a good start with excellent bread and a fresh side salad with tasty Italian dressing. However, things went down hill from there. Although the chicken was tender, the pasta in the chicken riggies was undercooked and the sauce was thin and watery. The spumoni ice cream dessert was less flavorful than I have had elsewhere. Finally, the service was passable, but water glasses were nether offered nor refilled without request.

Second time coming here, with the same brown ponytail waitress. First time having HORRIBLE service. Had to ask for water refills, she never asked us how our appetizers, salads, or meals were. She seriously dropped each round of food off and immediately left. I’m a server, so I would understand if she was busy but she had...THREE TABLES. We sat for 25 minutes after eating and watched her take drink orders, hand out desserts and appetizers, and just walk through the dining room. Not once did she come fill our empty water glasses that sat on the edge of the table. Finally I had to basically yell to her to ask for our check because we would have been sitting there all night. The older man, owner maybe, did not even seem bothered and no one asked us what was wrong. I offer my free server training help because I want to continue liking this restaurant.
