Van Gogh's Ear Cafe

Talk about a fantastic surprise. Van Gogh's Ear Cafe is hip, trendy, eclectic, and delicious. Walking in you feel like you are in a mix of an antique thrift store and bohemian hideaway with perfectly mismatching tables and chairs that immediately loosen you up to the incoming vibe. The service and food are both outstanding. The staff are helpful, prompt, and beyond friendly. The chicken burrito, sans wrap, was a 10. Anytime I drift near Van Gogh's, I will make sure I am ready to eat.

A mix of vegan and non-verbal favorites. I had the spinach and cheese dip which was creamy and yummy. I also had the ceasar salad which was very fresh. He had the 10 inch pizza, freshly made to order. I also had the vegan coconut and vanilla shake and he had the strawberry lemonade. Both also very good

I had my bridal shower here yesterday and everything was PERFECT! Kathryn was awesome and made sure everyone had whatever they needed. She did a great job making our drinks and making sure that our tables were cleared promptly. The food was DELICIOUS and they actually pack up all of the leftovers for you to take home!!! I brought home a ton of baked goods, finger sandwiches, egg frittata, bacon and saugsage, and their incredibly decadent french toast! The place is beautiful also! The eclectic decor and the beautiful murals (which create an amazing atmosphere alone) complimented all the adorable decorations that my bridal party had set up, stunningly. The day couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you Kathryn and thank you Van Gogh's!!!

Came here with a friend for lunch a few hours ago. It was a bit of a drive (we live by Morristown), but it was definitely worth it!! Food and drinks were very good, and the whole atmosphere of the place was cozy and "eccentric." My friend and I are Stupidâ„¢ when it comes to deciding what to order but the server was really nice and patient!! Overall excellent experience :)

Van Gogh's Ear saved Mother's Day during Covid19.!!!! I called on Friday afternoon and they were able to get a wraps platter (turkey and cheese, chicken Ceasar, and grilled veggies), macaroni salad (creamy paprika) and individually wrapped cookies (from Jammed Up Bakery) together in less than 48 hours. Everything was amazing and we were able to celebrate outdoors (socially distancing, of course!). Thanks for a job well done!!!!

Hip coffee shop with yummy desserts and a cool vibe. Open late. Great place to study, play some board games, or just hang out. Lots of twenty-somethings. Not a lot of spots like this around here.

Great desserts and beverages. Hostess and her obvious lack in hospitality was an original turnoff.

Van Gogh's Ear Cafe is a charming little place to meet friends or to venture by yourself. The menu has a nice variety. The food is delicious. My friend had a chickpea sandwich on a bun. I had the honey mustard chicken wrap. We shared pasta salad & a spicy slaw, which was divine. We had coffee & tea respectively. Our meal ended with apple crisps and icecream for dessert. The atmosphere is cozy, filled with art, books and charm. I forward to returning with family, friends or by my lonesome. 😊

This restaurant is the one I like best. I visit many restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very professional and the cooking they serve is so flavorful. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent dinner in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Really cool cafe in the Union County area. The ambiance is very relaxed and the food tastes great. I'd definitely recommend this place as a date spot. They also have special events like open mic nights every once in a while which is great to catch while you're having a bite!

Such a cool place! Really Cozy, open late, good desserts and live music. What could one ask for more? Oh yeah, board games that you can rent! A perfect place for a late night out with friends. The server was really sweet, and the cheesecake was great!
