Great variety of options in terms of spices, meat & poultry, snacks, drinks, etc. It truly is a full grocery. Prices rival those of surrounding grociery stores such as Target and Ingleside Foods. It also has items that cannot be found at surrounding stores since this particular grocery store carries Middle Eastern products and halal food. They also serve deli style sandwiches (I have yet to try but am interested). Overall, great store and seems to be family run.Support local businesses!

Nice neighborhood store and prices are a little steep but then again it's located in Hyde Park.

Love this little mini Market

A slightly greater selection of middle eastern food than you might find in your local grocer. Relatively pricey.

This private owned store is in close proximity to my residence, so it makes it very convenient for me to shop there; however, you can expect to pay (in some cases), twice as much for items there than at other stores, in the surrounding neighborhood!! I'm a senior on a fixed income; therefore, I can't afford to shop there as often as I would like too!!

This shop is a block away from me, and really comes through with the goods. The owner established it because there was a need in the Hyde Park market for halal foods, and even if you don't eat halal only, it's still great. They also have many other Middle Eastern foods. Open until 9 even on Sundays, they make great and relatively cheap shawarma which I have taken out many a time. In west Hyde Park, it is the grocery store that is open the latest, so you can usually drop in there to get whatever you happen to be missing for your meal.

Small store with great falafel, hummus and babaghanoush and a small but delicious assortment of other Middle Eastern groceries.

Good selection of Middle Eastern - Mediterranean food + Reasonable prices + Convenient hours + Friendly people

Here you can find many Turkish and middle eastern products. My favorite is baklava (turkish desert), it is like fresh.

Good to go to when you need to make a quick run but you don't want to go to target or CVS!
