We just moved back to the area, and we had Papa Tino's for a Super Bowl party a few years ago. We tried it again today, and it is still great. Pizza, wings, and mozz sticks were perfect.

Nice, smaller pizza place with large portions for low prices. They have some awesome salads too. Parking is a challenge, but worth it.

Yes Papa Tino's does deliver.
They close at midnight tonight so I'd say their last delivery run would be around 11 depending on where you are of course.
They also have some awesome cookies and cakes

That is a good question. It could be that the oil hasn't been cleaned and changed in a while, or the wings were in the freezer too long and have freezer burn.
