I don't go here much but when I do it never changes from the my times I come here over the years of my life in Maryland. It's a fun family treat for all!

We love the cannolis but last night decided to try gelato. Fair warning holy cannoli tastes like a stick of big red- not for me! The other gelato we bought, italian cookies and cream, is pretty tasty.

The most incredible pastry and coffee shop in Baltimore! Portions are generous! Parking is a challenge, only issue.

PS - A "thank you" to the owner for a quick response to my first low star review and handling my complaint with offering a new sampler plate. They were very nice about trying to please a new customer.

This is my favorite place for dessert in Little Italy. They have a seasonal menu with various desserts and drinks that are relatively inexpensive. My girlfriend and I have gone here every year for our anniversary to share a dessert. If you do end up getting one of the seasonal special desserts, make sure you bring a friend. These desserts are massive! I generally am not a fan of the desserts with the liquor poured over them, but that comes down to personal preference.We also have had lunch here on several occasions, usually opting for one of their paninis. The paninis are gigantic and very easy to share between 2 people. They come with a side of you choice, though we generally choose the tortellini.

The best Italian dessert in Baltimore, maybe even Maryland. Can't go wrong with their traditional desserts.

Dessert-lovers paradise! They also have great food - enjoyed very large sandwiches. Flight of 4 gelato flavors was also perfect for a family to share. Napoleon was huge!

Love this pastry shop. They have daily specials and a happy hour! Love to get the gelato and a coffee.

Wow!!!! Extraordinary really good espresso. The desserts are awesome!!! You have to try death by chocolate brownie Sunday. The service fast and friendly. Loved it!

Classic place for dessert and a cute, fun atmosphere in downtown Baltimore. Always bustling. The portions and food is definitely huge and *rich*... like, you will probably need a box. But, Vaccaro’s is an institution, simple as that.

I really only head over on weekends and its typically pretty busy. Service is pretty quick but expect to wait about ten minutes if you're just doing takeout. Seats fill up pretty quickly and customers usually take their time in seating. I love the raspberry vanilla layered cake/pie. A slice weighs almost a pound!

My wife and I were in search of a spot for breakfast and this is what we chose. First, service was fantastic. Very attentive but not bothersome. The sandwiches were great! Now on to the dessert, we tried a few different items and each was very well prepared. Flavors were on point and presentation was just as nice. Thank you for the great experience.

I went here for nostalgia purposes yesterday. The food was decent but not great. They also weren't particularly friendly but I can get past that because everyone is stressed right now.Still, a business you should support!

I love this place for their rainbow cake. I still have to try them for breakfast but I'll have to find time when it's not packed.
