V Pizza

Food was great but not a customer friendly place at all. We went to the bar area with my son and wife to sit by the fireplace and were told we can’t sit there after 3pm since my son is under 21. Ok do what you want but at least put a sign up telling people. I asked a employee about this and she explained the host is supposed to inform of that. Forgot to mention the hostess had no personality at all! Nice looking place great food but won’t go back. Learning how to treat people is a must if you want to be successful.

I love this place for the awesome food and atmosphere. Not only is there delicious and authentic Italian cuisine. There is a beautiful place to enjoy it!

The closest thing to authentic Neapolitan pizza that you are going to find in Jacksonville (unless maybe you can track down the Pie95 truck). Wings and strombolis are delicious as well. Great service and safe and delicious gluten free options. One star off is for the price, which is steep. You're going to pay at least $15 for pizza outside of lunch.

Decent food but they make you do all the work, had to get our own menus, get our own drinks, and the staff never checked up on us. Staff seemed unexperienced and uninterested. So go here if you like to be your own waiter and pay $23.00 for 3 beers.

So disappointing. First pizza was burnt on bottom. Replacement pizza wasn't as burnt but still tasted like charcoal. My wife's pizza, pizza three, was burnt even worse than my first one. We brought our family there but unfortunately we don't want to return. The manager apologized and gave us replacement pies, but the entire experience was ruined. We used to love V Pizza. But that love is gone.

Noah was so polite and respectful he made me want to go again. We need more people like him. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The food is delicious and the customer service is beyond better than imagined. Thank you!!!!!!

The pizza and wings here are excellent. But you’re gonna pay for it. It’s a walk up counter you order at and then take a number to whatever table you can find. The pizza menu is definitely unique and that’s a very welcome change from the normal pizza restaurant. I got the Piccante and it’s delicious. We had been waiting some time for our food (it was a Friday night), so they brought us some free meatballs. I’m not sure if it was intentional or they just had some extra meatballs, but either way it was a nice gesture. If you have friends or family in town and want some great gourmet pizza, this is the place.

Great new location! Nice building and we already know the pizza is awesome! One of my favorites has the be their wings, so good.

Terrible organization with handing out food. Unfriendly service because they are not organized. I blame management or lack of. Not worth the wait. Food is over an hour late and still waiting.

Love, love love this newest location! We were pleasantly surprised that you could have table service on one side of the restaurant. *no kids after 5pm on that side I think they said* Makes for a more relaxing atmosphere. Best pizza around, they never disappoint!

Great food and staff. Very cool place! The bar is amazing. Well done! Very clean including the restrooms. I highly recommend.

Pizza is very good so are the wings. The breakfast pizzas for brunch are surprisingly good. Some of the ingredients on the breakfast pizzas were questionable but in the end the pizzas were actually good.

Hands down the best pizza and service in the area! Their service tonight just secured us as lifetime customers! Thanks Noah/Jake/Team! 5 stars for sure!

It's hard to enjoy the food after being abused at the register. A meal for 5 would easily range $80+ - but don't forget this is a self-service pizza place. Let's talk food - the wings were quite good and fair priced. A bit sloppy to eat but the rub motivates you to keep going...Kids pizza is $10 - that is $4+ the average kids menu price. I would pass it, but it's a Napolitana which means 20+% is crust which is likely to be burnt and without ingredients. Nope.The adults pizza is a fair size, unfortunately overpriced - my Napoletana statement persists. If you like burnt crust and getting creative with the pizza edge, this is your place.The service made up for what would have been a ** rating, they appreciated my kids and were kind.If you bring the Julep bar and the Ice Cream into the equation then we can take this to ****.
