Urban Cupcakes

Everyone there is very nice let me point that out right away, however; this is the first time I have ever been asked to pay for cupcakes that I don't even have. Typically when placing a large order for a birthday or whatever you put down a deposit of good faith that you will be there to pick them up, typically half the price of total purchase. Not this place. They want it all up front leaving the customer no recourse if the product is not right or if it isn't done at all and to me that's a huge mistake for a new business to make. So because I forgot my military ID at home they chose to lose what would have ended up being hundreds of dollars in business over $13. Yeap they willingly have up what would have been a life long customer for $13. It's a shame because like I said they were great people.

Stop in for an amazing little treat, cake and more. Love this local bakery at Hilltop!

I gave this place two stars simply because they were open on a Monday whereas most bakeries are closed! I usually go to Sweet Kream but I waited till the last moment to order my daughter her BD cupcakes. Nevertheless I was able to place a same-day order. However the cupcakes were denser and dry! I also asked for strawberry filling which was literally a drop of jam in the middle of the cupcakes🤦‍♀️ The presentation and the icing on the Cupcake was nice. If you like dense cupcake then this is the place for you. I wont return.

I brought in a picture of a design I wanted for a custom birthday cake. They made the cake in less than a week and it looked fantastic! Everyone was so nice and the fondant work was outstanding. They delivered it and everything went perfectly. Thank you Urban Cupcakes!

Cupcakes here are Amazing! The service is phenomenal and just an all around great place. I'll always recommend them for any occasion.

Only thing that tastes good is the frosting and the filling. The cupcake itself is horrible ! Better off buying some from Walmart

Beautiful shop in Hilltop. The gingerbread cupcake was delicious - perfect ratio of cake to frosting. I can't wait to taste the other cupcakes I bought!

WOW!!! I'M IN LOVE! I was thinking I had tried the best cupcake before but after I had some of these I'm just melt by them. The merenguitos are awesome. I did buy one time a bag and they was not how i like them but it's okay. I wish they had something with strawberry and chocolate. Today we're going back and get some more.

Delicious cupcakes! The Tres Leches cupcake was the best in my opinion!

They were here at the nex. I literally just purchased two cupcakes for 7.78. I wanted to get a refund for the cupcakes because it didn’t taste good at all. They said we ate the whole cupcakes and we didn’t me and a coworker shared half of a half. We got the Ferrero Cupcake and a lemonberry. The Ferraro was a bland chocolate with decorations. The lemonberry was just nasty. I’m just highly disappointed.
