It was nothing but a blessing to find this Gem. We stayed not too far from it and happen to run across it going to the Beat Supply store next door. Got up the next morning went and ate there for Breakfast. Our food was delicious, food was seasoned very well, very authentic, and warm place to share a meal with someone. If you're Vegan you have to stop by this place.

For it to be my first time I was please. I suprisingly likes the lentil Pea Patty and got the pepper "steak" with curry potatoes with the cantaloupe banana kiwi shake. Definitely will be going back to test other things on the menu as my quest to become full vegan continues

Homemade vegan cuisine. Excellent comfort-food selections. Find your favorites. Superb juices. Seating area is small so takeout is preferred. The tables and chairs could be more comfortable but once you're eating you won't notice. Enjoy!

I guess he gets paid until 8. He probably didn't want to spend the extra time to have to clean the machines after 8. I guess. Maybe you should suggest that to the owner? Besides, one unfortunate experience doesn't reflect the overall positive experience that is usually offered there.

If you are referring to actual chicken wings then no they are not. Vegan refers to products that have no animal by-products whatsoever. Uptown Veg is strictly vegan

Yes the mock meats are soy. There are other offerings like mac and cheese and greens and rice and beans. But unfortunately the mock meats are soy. Soy is not good to eat even though it looks appetizing. I don't eat soy or drink anything soy based.

It's open. You went to the wrong location where it was formerly. It is now located between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue but very close to Madison Avenue next to Manas food.
