Up In Smoke BBQ

I tried the Smoke Special - may be the best thing I have ever eaten. It was corn bread, topped with pulled pork, bbq sauce, and Mac and Cheese. Typically with a meal like this, there is at least one piece of the meal that I’m not in love with. Not with this dish! Every piece of every bite was amazing. 10/10 would recommend to any BBQ lover!

Positive: Quality, ValueI had this BBQ at a harrisburg fourth of July event in 2019. Almost one year later my mouth is watering at the memory of it. If you like true barbeque, look no further. Only critique is that there is no store front to my knowledge so i have to wait for another catered event to eat this again.

The Up in Smoke food truck came to my workplace today. My ribs were very meaty and had a perfect layer of bark. My only suggestion would be to provide a larger selection of sauces.
