This place reinvigorated my hope for great food in Peoria. Parmesan chips are a texture marvel, dip turn in queso. The hamburgers are thick (not a fan normally) but full of wild flavors, the pickles and pickled onions are homemade and delicious and surprising. People are nice, this place belongs in a larger and fancier city.

Went there again today I'm telling everyone you must go there to eat it is unbelievable all of the food is freshly made and there is a lot to choose fromThe waitresses are beyond kind they come up help you get you everything you need make sure that everything is okay all that I can say is that it is a fantastic 👌😋 definitely a five-star restaurant I highly recommend it.

I've been driving by this place for many months, when I was out showing houses. Always saw a guy out there grilling on the grill. So the other day I stopped. Said what you got cooking? he said step inside and see my wife and she'll tell you all about us. I'm telling you this is the best food I've tasted in a long time! Untamed Chef is a perfect name. I've eaten there twice now and loved every bit of it. Tasty tasty tasty food! Specials every day. I highly recommend going there if you haven't already. It's right on University across from Willow Knolls Drive in that little strip mall. Pretty sure they are open for breakfast on weekends and lunch during the week. Check it out!

Had the lasgna yesterday and chicken carbonara tonight. Both were amazing!!!
