Best experience!! Heather and Patrick were so kind and helpful even though I had a very last minute request. They exceeded my expectations and my cake was beautiful but tasted even better! 10/10 would recommend

I asked if they have cinnamon rolls and was told they do and would warm one up. After I paid I was given a box. Inside was a muffin. When I asked what it was I was told they don't make "traditional" cinnamon rolls... Instead they have cinnamon muffins. Shouldn't you explain that before I paid?

First time here and honestly last. I ordered four cookies, which were delicious and that’s why I gave a star. But the cupcakes, chocolate was very baking soda tasting and the vanilla strawberry is very subtle and no strawberry flavor at all. They’re insanely expensive as well. The most expensive cupcakes ever! Then the sandwiches, the girl wanted to talk and talk and talk and there was a lady in the back so I assumed she was getting the sandwiches ready, no! She goes, well basically get cozy cause I still have to make you sandwiches which are 8$s each and they are the size of a sandwich from home only soggy and bland. I waited for 20 mins for two sandwiches. Overall not impressed and spent a lot.

Life saver. I m new to this locality. My coffee machine is broke and found them. The girl is wonderful. Greeted nicely, made a good fresh coffee. Taste good. Went back and will go back again. Though was looking for an espresso coffee this time but required beans were missing. I liked it. Love my coffee.

I've only known of 1 other vegan bakery in Dallas and it was so refreshing to find another one. I must admit they beat the other one hands down!!! The cupcakes are SO moist and the cookies are delicious! I can't wait to try them again!!

All I can say is rude. Happened to eat dinner next door and wanted to get a cupcake got told to leave because I came in with an ice-cream. No sign saying no outside food or drink at least not clearly posted. Instead of assuming we are regular costumers I received an Unfriendly attitude instead of nicely speaking to us and offering to let us purchase a cupcake was a put off and I don't think I'll be back. When we we're embarrassed by the employees rude behavior she quickly said have a nice day. Sarcasm was not needed or rude looks.

Melt in your mouth, delicious cupcakes, cookies, and trail mix. I've been celiac my entire life (29 yrs), and recently discovered I have a lactose allergy. These are the best baked goods I have ever had. Their are so many options, and I can won't feel bad/sick for indulging. On top of that, the customer service is the best of anywhere I've been in Rockwall. 100% suggest checking it out for a sweet treat if you're paleo, keto, soy free, dairy free, or gluten free!

Desserts were delicious but expensive. BUT Worst sandwich I ever had. Took the girl over 20 makes to make two of them and they charged me 2×7.50+ 1.50 for the avocado PLUS 7.00 EXTRA dollars for "combo" which included a small bag of chips a cookie and glass of water that is ridiculous. Everything was small, small chips, sandwich and a little cookie.

The Rockwall location does not have good customer service. Multiple occasions it's been difficult for my mom to get the order I need. But overall as a bakery, especially the Frisco location, it's really good, and basically the only option I have for gluten free baked goods other than Sprinkles. The quality is great, just needs some help with customer service.

The cupcake had a funny taste we asked for 2 lattes one almond milk one coconut they came out tasting funny with no froth we were told that it doesn't froth with almond or coconut milk which doesn't make sense I get them like that other places and they come out just fine. And very expensive for low quality service will not be back

Always good. Creative weekly flavors, too. These are the only dairy free baked goods in my town. I'm so thankful! Love love.
