UNO Chicago Grill

There was a cockroach in my water...when I told the waitress all she said was ok I’ll get you another one...don’t even waste your time on this place

This Uno used to be one of my favorite spots. In terms of using the bathroom for an event they're awesome. In terms of going there for a late night dinner snack it's horrible the people are inconsistent we sat and waited for about 15 minutes before someone came over to bring us water. And as a woman welcome us she asked would you like something to drink. I went to the bartender to ask for service twice within that 15 minutes. I went to go look for the manager and could not find them. This was after 8 p.m. if you go there after 8 p.m. good luck

I want to give this place a fair rating therefore be unbiased. This establishment has a very great atmosphere and a kind wait staff however I do have some food complaints. I like the pizza how ever it was a little weird for me. From other friends I have been told that the sides have tasted a little weird and the desserts are good all in all a nice little place to go but not my favorite
