Unleavened Fresh Kitchen

I want to give a big shout out to Luke Ford for being a great employee, the level of customer satisfaction he provided was out of this world. I had just left work after a stressful day back on January 31. I was so stressed and in a hurry to leave the office that I completely forgot to grab my wallet from my desk! I always go to Unleavened for dinner when I don't feel like cooking. For some unknown reason, I was under the impression that I would be able to pay with Apple Pay, sadly that was not the case. Enter Luke, he asked if I had Venmo (which I do). So I gave him the money, and he paid for me! That is Customer Service! I was so happy, that the food even tasted better than before. Thanks, Luke for making my evening brighter and less grumpy!

Pretty bland wraps that are slightly overpriced. The ambiance is good and the location is great but the food was disappointing.

I had an issue with a Favor delivery, based on incorrect guidance from the driver. Favor was unwilling to pick up an updated, corrected order. However, the team at Unleavened not only replaced the wrong item but went above and beyond by adding a few extras with my corrected order. It is great to see a restaurant that is committed to excellent service, even when the mistake was not their doing. Thank you!!
