Nothing to complain about here. Really a great place to relax. Shower Suites are A+. Daybeds are nice but maximum is 1 hour. Beautiful finishes.

Located by C18, this is one of the best domestic lounges, if not the best. You can read about the entrance restrictions in a lot of other places, but if you qualify for admission, it's definitely worth the trip. I landed on the B concourse and had to transfer the international terminal (5), so this lounge wasn't on my way, but glad I stopped. Used the shower room (large and clean) and had a full-service dinner. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent.

A good place to take a break while you're waiting for your flight. Coffee and drinks were good. There is a light food selection available. Cubicles have USB charge points , which is helpful. Shower facilities available.

Quite a lot of choice and the food is great. The Lounge is much better after renovations. The seat is comfortable and it's good to have a little rest at the busy airport!

Clean spacious and comfy lounge with shower rooms and dining room. Staff are friendly and they have decent choice of beverages and appetizers. Food in the dining hall is delicious. It would be better if they had business center or phone booth for quiet working space.

A lounge done right. United Polaris lounge offers the best food out of any lounge I've had the opportunity to visit. The showers are out of this world after a 12 hour flight. I look forward to seeing more Polaris lounges popup in more locations.

Spacious lounge with plenty of seats and a pleasant air temperature. The food is decent and there is a solid selection. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I have never seen an Airport Lounge as great as this one. Awesome service with at-table dining opportunity. Great food and drinks, awesome staff! Clean and very stylish - a true recommendation - 5 stars!

A big upgrade from the previous lounges. Roomy and clean, the service is pleasant and the assortment of food and drinks is good. It also provides space to get work done as well as a lively bar area. Available for passengers on international business and first class flights on United.

The Polaris lounge has a full service bar and hot food. Additionally, there is plenty of seating and the times I’ve been there haven’t been too crowded. The food options here really aren’t that great and the drink options are pretty limited. I do like the flavored water but that’s about it. Can’t really compare to some of the nicer lounges in Europe or Asia. By US standards this is a nice lounge.
