Union Taco

Went to TGB with my lady and the MIL. Started with the fried oysters. I don't usually go in for those particular mollusks but these were dusted in cornmeal and fried PERFECT. Neither oily nor rubbery. PERFECT. They had burgers, medium. Cooked to perfection and some of the best around. I had the special. Smoked brisket thick cut (think pastrami) on grilled sourdough with sharp cheddar, caramelized onions, and pickles. Out if this world delicious. The whiskey cocktails were on point. Their wine program is highly competitive. Definitely recommend a visit to The Goat's Beard. Especially before happy hour and after the dinner rush.

A friend suggested this restaurant for their steak and mac and cheese so naturally I had to try it. I can by during restaurant week and tried the three course offering. The crispy chicken appetizer was phenomenal! The steak Mac and cheese was excellent. And finished it all off with the cheese cake. Probably some of the best comfort food in town and I highly recommend.

Great service. Delicious food- love the turkey melt with garlic aioli. Great atmosphere. Well kept. Great specials.
