This place has both sections, bar and dining. If you are a big party, you can sit at the bar side where reminds of you an old style of bar. Dining section is rather small but they have great foods. We ordered crab cake sandwich and lobster roll. Both were very good and yes, beer too. The dark beer was a seasonal chocolate beer and it was so delicious!

It was meh food. It was takeout, so I can't comment on service. My wife and I got take out on a nice day and walked down by the river to have a picnic. The food was just 'meh' and not memorable - the best part of the meal was the fries. For reference, she had the pulled pork sandwich (more chopped, less pulled) and the barbecue sauce was very sweet. I had the crabcake and it was just bland, not enough seasoning.

Stopped in for dinner on 1/3/20, sat at the bar, even though it was bustling, Bruce came right over to greet us and welcome us back! Within minutes we were enjoying a Guinness and a cider. Ordered the fried oyster appetizer and then shared the tomahawk steak that was cooked to absolute perfection. Being a manager in this industry myself, I know that in addition to the food, the service is just as important and coming to Union Street to have a great meal complimented by the outstanding service Bruce provides us, will always make your establishment one of our favorite go to spots.
