Food was delicious, but service will prevent us from going back on a Friday night. We sat at the bar for 30"... no menus for 15", no water, not a side glance for another 15". Finally ordered drinks and food... Hubby's pizza was delicious. But mine didn't come. She told me it would be out in a minute. It never came. Turns out, she never put my order in. After realizing her mistake, it came out in about 9 minutes... and was delicious. I'm pretty patient, but this was abominable. There was energy to drink and chat with co-workers and regulars, but complete ignorance for us. They took my pizza off the bill, but I won't go back. Too much lag time between every single step, ignorance being the worst, and I want to eat!All is not lost, UoY. I'll still come for lunch. I do love your mushroom pizza.
