Great staff! Great food!

Had an excellent sandwich with a delicious avocado sauce. Mocha was also tasty. I almost missed this gem. So glad I ignored the lack of signs and walked right in.

Their pesto sauce and avocado aioli are to die for. I almost cried from how delicious they are. Super friendly people too!

Friendly staff, and a good selection of flexible food options. It tastes fresh and flavourful. The owner is passionate about delivering a good experience, though you may feel off-put by the casual attitude if you're used to Starbucks. They're happy to offer samples so you know what you're ordering. It's tucked away next to the mall and a little hard to find, so it's pretty empty.There's also a constant buzzing of fans and refrigeration units inside, which doesn't help the atmosphere. Otherwise, the place looks and feels like a bright little cafe. I'm glad I found a better option than the mall Starbucks, and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

They offer a wide selection of snacks, drinks, breakfast and lunch options all day. The staff are friendly. My favorite food is sandwiches and I can be pretty picky so it means something when I say this place makes excellent sandwiches! I recommend the Italian. The ingredients are very fresh, very good. I can't say enough how great this place is. I love it!Can be hard to find if you don't know where to look. It's on the ground floor of the Tacoma Mall Office Building across the parking lot from Nordstroms. It's easiest to reach from the back entrance to the building. It has green curtains in the windows

The coffee is legit and the sandwiches are hearty! The price is great and the customer service is wonderful. Breakfast served all day. I dropped my sandwich all over the floor once and they made me a new one FREE.

First time here and I was not disappointed!The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were awesome!!! The everyone is super friendly and the owner checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely be coming back here!

Absolutely fantastic hidden gem with delicious sandwiches. It's a little hard to find but worth the effort. If you're in the parking lot of the mall walk towards and then past the army recruiting office to a nondescript entrance. Go inside and walk downstairs. Undergrounds is at the base of the stairs. Kurt, the owner, is a gregarious and delightful guy who loves his sandwiches almost as much as he loves how much customers enjoy them. He'll happily offer you up tasty samples and talk your ear off about the virtues of each of his lovingly crafted sandwiches. We had the Italian and the BLT, both of which were phenomenal.

My god... My GOD that food was nothing short of amazing. The flavor was on point, the staff was very friendly and overall the best experience i've ever had, and it was my first time too! Definitely coming back and i'm DEFINITELY spreading the word. They were closed but they still served us, which NOBODY else does. Two thumbs up!Sincerely, a forever customer
