Ordered for lunch today. My coworker and I both stated the food was not fresh and tasted like it was from the previous night. I wanted to give Jerk Villa a try -since it had been a while but the chicken and fish was dry. Beans and rice was dry. Yams was good mac n cheese was ok... I will not be ordering from here again.

The chicken is authentic and delicious. Just a kiss of smoke flavor. The sauce is complex with a tang. The beans and rice have depth and are made with precision and perfection. Lovely food. Lovely people.

Why do you all not answer the phone at the hyde park store
Uncle Joe's in Hyde park is on 51st Street (better known as Hyde park blvd.) Across from Kenwood high school. I'm unaware of any closing of this store. The store on 83rd & Cottage Grove has closed.
Just use DoorDash, they deliver everything even without the consent of the restaurant
