Painfully slow. Ramen took 40 minutes and still not coming

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD!Not only are the cashier women at the front horribly rude, miserable and disorganized but the food is also horrible. Felt so sick from a california roll i ended up throwing the whole box out because it tasted rotten. I had asked if i could pay the difference to get a different roll in one of the boxes and they told me that was impossible. Very rude place, i know its in a convenient spot but save your time, money and sanity. VERY RUDE HUMANS HERE

I'm working near this food court for over 3 years and I've seen not many people ordering soup udon here. Ordered a vege udon (I don't know why I did this, regreted right after) and the soup color looked not like a regular udon I order at other place. When I opened and tasted it, it tasted like smelly miso soup. Even I found "a single corn piece" and "one short yaki udon noodle" that doesn't seem like they don't belong to this food. I don't understand why they are still doing their business for so long time with awful food quality with over priced. Many exhibitors and visitors at the convention centre visits this food court.I hope they are managing their food and kitchen area clean and read all these reviews.
