This place is amazing! The soup is thick and sticks to the noodles which are delicious all on thier own. The pork is rich in flavor and melts in your mouth. They have English lables on the machine to point out the most popular dishes. I tried Curry mega and my wife had the Miso Mega. Both were equally great!

The basic tsukemen are like the main store. It was a small shop with ten seats at the counter. This time we had miso vegetable ramen. I also felt at other stores, but I feel that thick noodles for tsukemen do not fit ramen. I can't say anything because I haven't tried tsukemen, but I don't revisit miso ramen.

Had the miso uma mega, it was excellent. The pastry top hits the spot for your bread craving, while miso base and pork are super savory and tasty, and the noodles really fill the belly. Very satisfying meal. The owner is also very warm and friendly, chatted with our family during our first visit. Can't wait to try the ramen options. Definitely recommend!

There was more volume than it looks. Wonton is handmade and very big, it has two and is very delicious. I was satisfied.

Uma Tsukemen loves to kick tradition where it hurts most. On our most recent visit the chef suggested I try his new creation which he referred to as cold beef ramen. It turned out to be a totally unique fusion of ramen, gazpacho, and beef/seafood. What a great idea for the hot days of summer. Uma has become a regular stop for non-traditional noodle experiences...and his roast pork is excellent.

I don't really like Tsukemen, but I like Tsukemen only here. I especially like shrimp noodles. The top of the soup is wrapped in bread dough, which has an impact on the appearance. My girlfriend brought me here because she likes the place. I tried the dipping ramen and it was good! Kinda too salty for my taste but it was different. The soup comes with a puff top. It was interesting!
