Miso Ramen was okay, chicken and shiitake mushrooms dumplings were tasty. Ordered for delivery during cocos-19, this was my first time ordering from Umami Ramen, maybe the ramen is better if ordered for dine in. Food was cold as if it came from the fridge, didn’t seem or taste as fresh after being warmed up. As others have mentioned, Ramen Kid or Morris Ramen are better options in my opinion. I’d highly recommend trying the other two ramen places just for comparison.

The ramen was hot, which was nice, but the broth tasted more like sugar than anything else. The pork wasn't seasoned nearly enough and the noodles were kind of soft.

Not sure but I bet you could call ahead and ask. :) I'm sure they have gluten free menu options.
They take United States currency as long as it's legal tender. And i doubt they take gold
