Would’ve gave them a 5, but the dude helping us was a Debbie Downer. I ordered the Haleakala and it was like pulling teeth to have him explain toppings. They were also out of Ube and Mango ice cream which wouldn’t have been a big deal, but dude made a face like it was my stepmom’s fault for the order. Shaved Ice was great, but the customer service doesn’t match the island friendliness. Do better Ululani’s because you are sitting on a gold mine.

Soft, yummy, and flavorful! They have a lot of interesting options to choose from. I've never had Hawaiian shave ice before, but it's reminded me of Joe's Italian Ice in Socal or Philadelphia Italian ice. The staff was friendly, but they mixed up my partner's and mine order, which was fine since we ended up sharing. If the shop was more decorated and the walls had more wall art, then it would've been amazing!

Had a wonderful experience. Our family tried the original with “Best” combo with either Vanilla or Macadamian nut ice cream and another original without ice cream and custom flavors, all with fresh mochi. The mochi is one of the best I’ve ever had on shaved ice.

OMG. It's the best shaved ice ever. I've tried the "famous" place(s). But this place is better.

The ice is very fine. Love the syrup which is made by them. They give ample amounts of the syrup. The amount of ice is far less than Shimazu. Though better syrup than Waiola and Shimazu. Shimazu ice is not as fine as Waiola and Ululani's.

The ice is pretty smooth. Was expecting crunchy ice.
