Seriously? Italian frappe with espresso? What the hell is that? Adding ice to the mix? Are you kidding me? Granatina is not frappe! Terrible! Unmannered servers.

The best pumpkin pie you'll ever taste! Soft, thick, fresh pumpkin filling and the crust..it is soft and chewy. A little expensive for a slice at $7 but we don't go but once a year so it's worth every penny.

The paninis are as crunchy as advertised. Perfect snack to split with a friend before movie theater popcorn! Trilogy mousse is more dense than expected, about the consistency of cheesecake. Desserts seem a bit old, but not complaining about a cafe with yummy sandwiches open on Thanksgiving day.

They sell just a classical hot chocolate and advertise it as an Italian creamy and dense hot chocolate... It doesn't look and taste as supposed to be and it is also pricier than Starbucks...

Hello on Sunday 2-23-2020 I want into the cafe to buy a coffee there was only one employee I literally waited 30 mins... for the employee to get done with the Asian customer she was assisting. I have patience and she ignored me and ask the other guest what she can get for them and they was Hispanic and I am African American. And when I brought it to her attention she said oh well I don't care. And I left out.

SO PRICEY AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.It is very sad when you go to a place where you get a very indifferent attitude from staff because of your race or ethnic. I was standing there waiting to be helped after a lady. But no, the woman with short hair just ignored me, I keep waiting and waiting until a black woman came to ask me if I were helped already. I asked for a brewed coffee and a slide of cheese. When I came to the other side, the coffee was left there, no one asked me if I wanted room for cream, nothing. But the white guy next to me was asked if he needed room for cream, they told him where the stirrers, napkins and sugar where. Probably that was not their intention, but Acts reflect everything. I just left without saying a word.
