Tynan Coffee and Tea

Best latte in DC, hands down. They actually understand that brewing certain coffees at particular temperatures makes a difference. Also great tea selection. I'd go every morning if I could.

It started with great service when ordering. The staff made good recommendations. Breakfast sandwich was great and my nitro with caramel was exceptional.

Cute place! Our barista was very friendly and attentive to our order. Unexpectedly cozy decor and quiet compared to any other Starbucks. We even got some mini pumpkin muffins for free!

Tynan has it all: (1) GREAT coffee / tea. We brought friends from Europe in and they said it was the best they'd ever had in the states. (2) Really good food. Gluten-free bread & bagels means that almost the entire menu is in play if you have an allergy. (3) Staff. Everyone here is great and it's a very comfortable place to get some work done or meet someone for coffee. Home away from home.

The people are super friendly and efficient. The coffee is great, I really enjoy the cappuccino chocolate chip muffin.

Delicious hot brewed tea - something that has been hard to find in Washington. I will definitely let the other limey's know that this is THE place to come. The tea was so good that I stayed for two cups. Ambience, music and decor perfect too.
