Two Guys Sushi

Good quality sushi but I wish they would not "torch" their rolls. They finish some rolls with a butane torch and it makes the roll taste like the smell of burnt hair! I could not eat it at all. I've been here a few times and I just wish I remembered to ask them not to do that. The menu does not say which rolls are torched. Two Guys: Please don't torch your rolls! Especially the ones with pork fluff or the crunchy toppings! It does not taste good! Or else please advise what rolls are prepared that way.

Friendly staff, tasty sushi for a reasonable price. The volcano roll was out of this world. The sakura roll is decent. The black dragon roll is pretty good. The godzilla roll is really good.

The. Best. Sushi. I love coming here for dinner! We will go well out of our way to eat at Two Guys and recommend it to all our friends. Portions are a good size, fish is super fresh, menu is excellent, staff are lovely. They even have awesome fish and chips, so we can bring our non-sushi friends with us and they rave about the fish and chips! Such a great local joint!!!
