One of the best experiences in Florida so far. Staff was incredible and fast. I was impressed at how busy it got and how quickly they got it done. The manager was working right along with the rest. I had a Sunday and it was great

I stopped here 5 minutes ago and was waiting for my ice cream cone. The woman making my cone was coughing on the machine and ice cream as she was making my cone. Pandemic aside if you are sick do not go to work in the food industry. Shame on you! I literally drove off. I’m not even sorry. Disgusting.

On Monday I registered a complaint about Twistee Treat only having one person working to help the crowd coming at release time from the first day of school, when I was taking my granddaughter for a treat! I received a prompt response from the company as well as an invitation from the Store Manager to give them another try! I am VERY PLEASED to say that I returned on Wednesday and received the best courteous and prompt treatment ever! My granddaughter was very happy and her happiness was my goal. THANK YOU, VERY MUCH, TWISTEE TREAT and STAFF. You did a great job.

Overpriced and you don't get much soft serve in your cone. You can go to so many other places for better ice cream, like Papa Clydes.
