The food and staff here is amazing! We had breakfast here twice. Try the french toast it’s heavenly as well as their corn soup and Cesar salad. If we ever come back will definitely make this a normal stop.

The Riggsby is a lovely restaurant located in the Carlyle Hotel in Washington, D.C. With its wood paneled walls and leather chairs, it harks back to an earlier era. One can easily imagine the well-to-do literati enjoying a long lunch there while discussing worldly affairs. The menu is filled with interesting takes on classic dishes. The brunch menu, for example, includes duck confit hash. It's great, but is a far cry from corned beef hash!Servers are friendly and efficient without intruding inappropriately upon conversation. They keep an attentive eye open for a customer's look or gesture and are quick to respond.Prices are mid range, but not prohibitive. All in all, it is a delightful place to meet and share a meal with friends.

The food was subpar and overpriced. The server seemed put out at being at the place. She offered us still or sparkling water when we were seated and didn’t tell us it was $6 a bottle or offer tap. Not worth the trip.

Pleasant, relatively quiet dining room in neighborhood boutique hotel. The menu seemed to have something for everyone, and the prices were reasonable relative to the setting and quality of food.

Cozy. Good food. Don't sit in the corner, no server assigned there for Sunday brunch.

Had brunch with a friend on Saturday. The food was just ok. Drinks were good.

Pretty good! Love the location in Dupont Circle, and it is a new twist on classic American food. The service is really good, and it was an overall 5 star experience.

I liked it. We went for brunch. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. The menu was simple, yet varied. On Sunday, they offer half price bottles of sparkling wine for mimosas. Parking can get a little dicey in the neighborhood, but where isn't parking tough in DC? I'd return.

Very good food in a "Harvard Club" kind of atmosphere. Not the cheapest place ever. Most mains goes from $17 to $40 range. Still, we really enjoyed everything we got to. Great place to take business colleagues or customers in town to.

Food is good and they also have good beers. Prices are a little high.

My boyfriend and I went to the Rigsby for Valentine's day. The place was very charming and classy. Not the fancy tapas place so common in DC. There was a set menu with Lobster soup, seafood platter, pasta with crab, red wine risotto and beef, beef Wellington (in a crust with mushrooms, potatoes and puree) and a set of small deserts. Everything was delicious! The waiters were wonderful too. It is one of the best restaurants I went to in DC
