I love Turtle Jack’s, especially this location. The staff, environment and food is always on point. Love the new look after the renovations! The food is always fresh and of the best quality. I’ve had no complaints here, highly recommend this location!

I enjoyed my experience at Turtle Jack's. The hostess and waiter were very friendly and The Good was very tasty. A bit messy! But I would recommend the tacos. The waiter was quick to take our order and fix any issues. The reason I am taking one star off is for these issues and half a star would be more appropriate. The issues were a) slow to get our main dish and b) error in side dish. I ordered fries but received a salad. They were very quick in fixing this - less than five minutes. Price: they run a bit pricier than restaurants like Boston Pizza. I'd compare with Milestones. My meal was 18.99. In summary, good food, great service!

Great place to go for dinner. The food was delicious and appealing and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Our waitress, Morgan was pleasant and engaging and made us feel at home. Great place to meet up with family and friends

Great location. Nothing outstanding but never had poor service or complaints about the food. Parking can be difficult sometimes because the lot is shared with a large plaza and numerous other locations.

Great restaurant with great vibes. The waiters are extremely friendly and it’s a well run restaurant. The food is served relatively quickly and it’s perfect for sports games and family dinners. Highly recommend.

Real gas fireplace nice decor dime the lights atmosphere. Pretty and polite servers. Good quality food. Special requests were observed. Competitive pricing. Suggestive avoidance of peak hours parking is limited.

Great food with friendly staff, and an amazing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice family dinner. The staff was constantly checking up on us, and were extremely nice. The food was phenomenal, and they had a variety of drinks to choose from. Great experience.

Eating in everything is fantastic but ordering for takeout is horrible!Nothing I ordered tasted right. The sauces seem to be mixed with others (maybe not cleaning bowls before mixing new chicken fingers). I will probably wait till I can eat in before gettingTurtle Jacks again :(.Definitely try your food before driving away with your order.

Everyone is friendly and the service was great and timely. Also the washroom, lounge and bar area were clean. Will not order the chicken fajitas again though. The chicken was extremely burnt and dry. They did make me a new one but it was still over cooked and a little dry. I skipped the chicken and ate the rest. Now I know what it’s like to be a vegetarian lolPlease click like if this post helped 😃

Received a warm welcome. Staff were knowledgeable. The blackened chicken and goat cheese salad was delicious. The prices were on the high side.
