Tully's adjacent to the book store, right in the immediate right through the customs. It used for snacks and coffee. I could not use electronic money, it was only cash and credit card.

There are only 4 seats right next to the bookstore, but there are about 4 seats and you can drink coffee while overlooking the airport! ï¸

Never that busy so nice and quiet and connected to a book shop if you like to read. The cakes and sandwiches are pre-packaged and they don't offer a good selection of tea. That said, the food options in this terminal past security are not great.

A fine place where we ate a little bit before our flight to return home. Staff was very friendly and food was fine.In our opinion it's good place to rest a little bit after a long day before taking a flight. 4/5

It's a fight for seating, but fortunately, once you sit down, it's really good.There's a bookstore right there, so you can browse through it and find your favorite book and read it with Tully's.It's great for spending time waiting.The clerk's response was also good. There was a blanket loan before, but this time I did not notice.Tully's likes coffee more mellow than Starbucks.

If this were LA I would never even look at a place like this, but here in Narita airport it's a warmly welcomed break from the greasy alternatives. The coffee is better than average, atmosphere is quiet with a nearby bookstore & library, and service excellent with some friendly staff.Again, if this was a coffee shop in Tokyo or Paris it wouldn't even survive a week. But here behind passport control in Narita airport it's a gem in the rough.
