Reasonable and delicious. Customer service is also friendly and good. It sometimes took time to provide, but it is a caress.

The very best EEL I have ever tried. I had the unagi don (broiled eel) which was in the slightly sweet eel sauce... It was fresh, light, cooked PERFECTLY, and the rice was - well, rice. I didn't go there for the rice but I did go for the eel... and I was blown away.I had heard that they buy their eel daily from the Tsukiji Fish Market, and this was undoubtedly the freshest unagi (eel) that has ever passed my lips. I am thinking about eel now, which sucks because it's past midnight now and I am SOL.My guide on that leg of my trip (Feb 2015) had recommended the place and said they were famous for good eel... I can see why. I've recommended it to a couple other friends, who were similarly *blown away* by the quality of food and service at Tsuruya.I wish they had one here in New Orleans that was open all night.
